  • How do I make my reservation?

To make your reservation, you’ll need to fill out our online booking form including details of your flight, how many passengers and your overseas accommodation address.

  • What if I can’t find the location I want book?

If you can’t find the place you want to book, just give a member of our customer services team a call and we will happily assist you.

  • How can I pay for my reservation?

You can make payment using all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal.

  • Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?

Our booking system is fully secured and SSL certified ensuring the safe encryption of your card details. Details regarding your debit or credit card are never stored on our site.

  • How can I make amendments to my booking?

If you need to make changes to your booking, just give a member of our customer support team a call and we will be happy to help you.

  • How do I make bookings for children under two years?

If you need to make a booking for a child under two, please get in touch with a member of our customer support team so we can book a travel seat. Please note that this service may be chargeable.

  • Can I include additional luggage items to my booking?

To include extra items such as golf bags and ski bags you may be charged additional costs. To discuss this further contact a member of our customer service team who will be happy to help you.

  • Are your vehicles able to accommodate wheelchair users?

If you require a vehicle with wheelchair access please contact us prior to making your booking so we may find the most appropriate bus or coach for your needs.

  • What areas do you cover?

We cover all areas of Thailand.

  • Are your buses and coaches fitted with WiFi?

Yes. All our buses and coaches are fitted with WiFi.

  • What are your hours of operation?

We are open for bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?

We recommend that you book your coach or bus at least 3 hours in advance.
